Introduction

The restaurant’s key signature dish is called “Si Bu Xiang.” Bluefin tuna ribs from the belly section are deep-fried before they are stir-fried in a sauce made from dried kumquat, white gourd and dried tangerine. After simmering, this creative and unique dish bursts with flavor and melts in the mouth.
